Time & Temperature
We do our best to have a unique apartment for your stay and recommend advance planning for all your travel arrangements. Russia takes a little more planning for tickets, visa and accommodation than most European countries but it well worth the effort.
Most foreign tourists book their accomodations two months in advance. We recommend booking your apartment 60 days in advance for best availability. We also have difficulty finding tenants with less than 60 days notice of cancellation, so we have to adhere to a an advance booking schedule.
Deposit at booking
Upon booking confirmation, deposit payment of at least one day's rent.
Remaining balance payment due by arrival arrival.
If the holiday starts within 30 days from the time of booking, the total payment is due immediately if possible. We reserve the right to consider the booking cancelled in the event the balance is not received by the due date and shall be entitled to retain the deposit and book the apartment to another client.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by client:
Cancellation by client will apply from the date we receive written cancellation from the client.
The following charges will apply:
More than 60 days prior to arrival date - loss of deposit
45 days or less prior to arrival date - 100% of deposit and rent remainder
Cancellation by Us:
In the unlikely event of cancellation by us and an acceptable alternative is not found, then we will refund all money paid.
